Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will provide online advertising solutions for Complete Digital Media’s wide target audience.
You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Complete Digital Media’s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.
•Work collaboratively with a team to drive growth with new accounts.
•Develop high-level and quick relationships to serve as a trusted advisor to the SME market to optimise their advertising.
•Generate and manage your own pipeline of leads, opportunities and market.
•Understand and adapt to Google's ongoing product and technology developments.
•Be an effective team player with strong customer service, communication, presentation and creative problem-solving skills.
Day to Day
•9am start with a quick fire chat from the floor leader
•Focus on your current opportunities and market sector whilst concentrating on achieving your daily performance goals
•Enjoy morning breaks, lunch and afternoon breaks with your team, rest and recoup ready for the day ahead
•discuss opportunities and missed opportunities as well as taking advantage of the ongoing development from the floor leaders and management
•Familiarity with online advertising
• Experience building, developing your own opportunities
•Worked in a target driven environment within B2B sales environments
•Outgoing and willing to give a 100% each day
•Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
•Ability to work cross-functionally and with others with diverse skill sets.
•Salary is £18,000 with OTE of £50k
